Nurse Aide Training

HC2100 • Tuition: $1,845 • Course Hrs: 150 (10 semester hr equivalent)

This uses an intensive hands-on training approach that prepares you to pass the Prometric Examination for Hawaii State certification. Upon passing the examination you will be credentialed as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA). Training includes theory, practice, and supervised clinical experience at a designated medical facility. Program includes Heartsaver First Aid, CPR & AED training/certification, uniforms, blood pressure kit and textbooks.

Please bring a bath towel, hand towel and washcloth, toothbrush and toothpaste, and a small bar of soap to the first 4 weekend sessions and on the 9th weekend.

Enrollment Requirements: No high school diploma required. Minimum 9th grade reading level required. Complete and turn in Nurse Aide Application Form (PDF), Non-credit Registration Form (PDF), and Physical Examination Clearance Form (PDF), and current criminal abstract (click here).
