Nurse Aide PROGRAM
The Nurse Aide Program consists of 5 modules designed to prepare the participants for employment in Healthcare. The program will provide fundamentals in nursing and fulfills requirements of HRS §17-1737-42 Nurse aide training and competency program for facility based and non-facility based NATCEP programs. This is a comprehensive learning environment which incorporates theory, hands-on practice and supervised clinical experience at a designated Long-term care facility.*As of August 2014, Tuition includes CPR & AED training/certification and uniforms only. Prometric Examination fees are not included in tuition.
Please bring a bath towel, hand towel and washcloth, toothbrush and toothpaste, and a small bar of soap to the first 4 weekend sessions and on the 9th weekend.
