The University of Hawaii Banner Student Information System – the backbone supporting nearly every UH application, system, and service – will undergo a major update starting in the fall of 2025. It will enhance functionality and better support students, faculty and staff across the 10 campuses.

Since Banner and related systems will be inaccessible from Friday, October 3, 2025 from 6:00 pm through October 13, 2025 8:00 am, we recommend that you submit all admissions, counseling, records, and financial aid documents that need to be processed to the respective office by Tuesday, September 16, 2025 at 4:00 pm (HST) to ensure that it is processed before systems are inaccessible.
